Shari's career journey has been a dynamic one, spanning education, small business ownership, and nonprofit startup.

Despite finding fulfillment in these roles, she always felt there was a missing piece. Her true passion lay in beauty—helping people feel beautiful and teaching others in the field.

Three years ago, Shari joined Elleebana Shop’s distribution department. She saw the joy others experienced as they learned lash lifting and as the trainers taught the students lash lift techniques and decided to pivot toward becoming an Esthetician.

At 45, she took a bold step by enrolling in Esthetics school, starting anew with determination.

Upon mastering skincare fundamentals, Shari expanded her expertise by taking courses in lash lifts, brow shaping and waxing, brow lamination and tinting, henna application, and lash extension artistry. She immersed herself in the beauty world, following lash masters on social media, engaging with Elleebana lash artists and trainers, and managing a salon where she built a clientele and trained new staff.

As she honed her skills, Shari discovered her true calling in teaching and beauty artistry.

She embraced opportunities to attend beauty shows and conferences with Elleebana Shop, sharing her passion for lash and brow artistry with professionals nationwide.

Though she still enjoys performing treatments, her greatest passion lies in training and education.
